Delivery Times

Shipments are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia

Delivery within Australia made via Express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. For regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days. These are estimations and Bracewell is not responsible for any delay in delivery once it leaves our warehouse. If you would like to track your order, you can do so by calling the head office for a tracking number. Please provide your Name, Address, and order confirmation number.

Shipping To New Zealand

Deliveries made via standard air mail will usually arrive 5-7 days from posting.

Deliveries made via standard air mail will usually arrive 5-7 days from posting. Shipping Costs Costs will vary depending on your location.
