Bracewell is in no way responsible for any financial loss suffered in association with the use of this site or any site we may be linked to. If you choose to use a linked site, their Terms and Conditions may be different from our own and should therefore be read before use.

All information that we obtain from you, including name, contact details and credit card details must be true and correct. We reserve the right to decline any purchase if we believe that we have been given misleading or false information or for any other reason. Items will only be sent when full payment has been received and cleared by your financial institution. All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars, and it is your responsibility to find out the current exchange rate for your respective currency.

Product Information

Bracewell always strives to have the most accurate information regarding our products, however item details and prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that there has been an error in price or description of a garment after you have made your purchase, we will reasonably attempt to inform you of those changes via the email that you have given. If you wish to cancel your order after the new information has been given to you, we will issue you a full refund.

Bracewell will always attempt to display our products as accurately as possible, however the colour of each garment may vary according to various factors, such as your printer settings, or computer monitor. Bracewell is not responsible for any variances in the colour you see versus the actual colour of the item.
